WHAT IS PLANT THERAPY?

It’s the healing power of plants. Thousands of phytonutrients (“plant nutrients”) help our bodies stay balanced; heal itself; support organs, tissues, and blood; and supply our brains, bodies, emotions, and thoughts with nourishment. Plants are therapeutic because they help us heal from dis-ease and offset the burdens of modern life. In fact, plants are life. Even the animals we eat consume plants as their sustenance…

WHAT'S THE PROGRAM ALL ABOUT?

This 21-day reset program
– Is designed for busy people who need simple steps + accountability to improve meal planning and nutrition habits.
– Focuses on whole foods (not just juices or herbs) – primarily foods from plants.
– Accounts for individual dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences.
– Emphasizes habit & mindset change for short-term wins and long-term wellbeing.
– Is more accessible (financially and timewise) than 1:1 nutrition counseling.
– Does not include supplements (yet also supports gut health & detox pathways).
– Will help you find your ease-and-flow in meal planning, prep, and pleasure!

WHEN DOES IT START?

The 21-Day Reset is offered several times a year and the next live course starts on Oct 6thst, 2024 (first live call is the 7th in the evening).

DO I HAVE TO BE A VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN TO JOIN THE PROGRAM?

Of course not! The goal is to increase intake of plants (and our appreciation for them, too). The meal plans will include some quality meats, fish, and eggs, plus plenty of suggestions for swapping out foods for different diets (including omnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians – you get the picture…).

MY LIFE IS REALLY BUSY RIGHT NOW - WILL IT BE WORTH IT TO TAKE THIS PROGRAM IF I CANNOT TUNE IN EVERY DAY FOR 21 DAYS?

That depends. All group programs are designed to improve participation, hold each other accountable, and increase outcomes. And all programs take time. This program is designed for busy people, so it’s totally doable even when your plate is full (pun intended). You can also go at your own pace – if you miss a day, double up on the short videos the next day! We do, however, hope you’ll carve out time to attend the 3 live calls.
