WHEN DOES IT START?

We have a few launches throughout the year for the group program and offer limited open enrollment based on our schedules. The course usually fills up quickly as we keep the class size small to be able to offer lots of help along the way! The best way to find out how to get connected is to schedule a clarity call or inquire about upcoming webinars (see links below for upcoming dates). We want to make sure the course is your best fit so we don’t allow registrations from people we haven’t connected with in some way!

WHAT IF I HAVE A LOT OF HEALTH CONCERNS OR ALLERGIES?

Not to worry! Some individuals with complex concerns end up being a great fit for the course but we always recommend you have a phone call with Emily to discuss your health, goals and any concerns prior to enrolling in the course. Sign up for a free Clarity Call HERE

IS THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS BESIDES TUITION?

All messaging, recipes, meal plans (as desired), the course and even custom supplement recommendations are included in the cost. This is our most affordable option for the amount of content we are able to provide! The cost of supplements is NOT included in the monthly fee.

HOW LONG IS THE COURSE? WILL I EVER LOSE ACCESS TO IT?

The interactive portion of the course with consults is 4 months but you’ll have lifetime access to the course content and the protocols we create for you.

WHO WILL I SEE FOR MY INDIVIDUAL CONSULTS?

Typically you will see Kristie or Carrie for your one-on-one appointments and have office hours with Emily during the course. This is subject to change based on availability. Anyone you see will be a licensed Nutritional Practitioner and has been thoroughly vetted and trained on our gut healing protocols.

WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE MY ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS?

Appointment times are subject to availability. We also have kiddos and lives but do our best to accommodate busy schedules. Intakes and follows ups are typically scheduled to start between 9:30am and 2pm Mon-Thurs with office hours being varied to fit the groups best “times / days”.

WHAT IF I GET DONE WITH THE COURSE BUT I HAVE MORE STUFF TO WORK ON?

You probably will have more goals to achieve and that is awesome! We can’t fix all the problems in 4 months but we sure can get a jump start on the processes and help you see what is really possible! After the 4 month program you are eligible to see any of our practitioners without the monthly fee structure and just pay per consult or jump into another one of our courses.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our main goal with this course is to offer the best parts of our practice at an affordable cost. The truth is that I created the course so that I could charge less and help more people. In this format we wave the $300 intake fee and reduce our monthly consulting fee from $325, to $250 each month for the four months.

 

There is an option to get a 10% discount if you pay all at once, if you’re interested in this option we can create you a special invoice.

 

IS ANY OF THE COURSE COVERD BY INSURANCE?

We do not process insurance in our practice but we can provide you with a superbill with CPT and diagnosis codes as a receipt to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Each insurance plan is unique and some cover all or part of the cost for “Out of Network Nutrition Counseling.” The cost of the program is your responsibility and no reimbursement is guaranteed.
