The Environmental Working Group recently released their 2022 Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 lists.
These are a catalog of conventionally grown produce with the highest and lowest pesticide residue. Whether you are on a budget and need to prioritize your organic purchases or just interested to know which produce has the highest levels of pesticides these lists are for you!
Do what you can with what you can afford. If you cannot buy organic, do NOT stress or worry. Eating more fruits and veggies is always good for you regardless.
