Emily Nielsen MS, CN, CNS

Having suffered for years with debilitating pain and fatigue while under the weight of dozens of prescription medications I found my health and healing through nutrition, nutrigenomics, gut rebuilding and making small changes in my lifestyle.  This life altering experience has spurred me to want to become a conduit of understanding and individualized counseling for others who need help on their wellness journey.

Using a functional approach to assess for core imbalance, I work with clients of all ages to address the root causes of their health concerns and help them restore balance through dietary and lifestyle changes. As a mother of 4 little hooligans I know the value of making targeted, meaningful changes that are also quick and easy!

My mission is to help you get the most bang for your buck when it comes to making strategic alterations to your diet and lifestyle. Life is hard enough so in my office (both in person and virtually) we will have a laugh, maybe a good cry and then get on with getting well. Change doesn’t have to be painful…lets heal and learn and have a good time doing it!

Remember – health starts from within!
