About Carrie

Carrie Paquette, NTP

My approach is deeply rooted in a commitment to identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms. With training from the Nutritional Therapy Association, I work with clients to uncover these underlying issues and focus on foundational aspects to establish the groundwork for healing that is sustainable in our busy lives.

The information overload of health advice can be challenging to navigate, and my mission is to help my clients cut through the noise. I have a heartfelt passion to guide my clients with encouragement, validation, and the necessary tools for their unique healing journey.

My husband, Carl, and I live in Dayton, Wa. We enjoy the small town life and getting our family out camping, fishing or other adventures together. With 4 kiddos I understand that life can sometimes be crazy!  Our journey is not perfect, and that’s ok. I am honored to help lead and guide others on this journey toward a vibrant and balanced life.
