About Kristie

Kristie Myhrum, NTP

I have been a close witness to the health struggles faced by people I know and love – experiences which have shown me the profound impact health can have on a person’s social and emotional well-being, often influencing their interactions with others. In my journey to make meaningful impact, I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2022. My work has brought remarkable changes in my own family as well as in many clients’ lives. From regulating blood sugar spikes to decreasing cholesterol numbers through building healthy habits, cardiometabolic concerns are my passion!

I have enjoyed working with people from all kinds of backgrounds and life stages and it’s been a true joy to research, serve, and explore this calling. I love helping people become the best versions of themselves and navigating the complexities of information from many sources. I’d love to be on your team to figure out your heart health challenges.

I grew up in Tri-Cities, WA and graduated from Kennewick High School. I’ve earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Science with a minor in Women’s Studies from Portland State University. I love serving in our local church, keeping up with my two budding competitive soccer player children, and tinkering with some sewing. I approach every day with the opportunity to overcome challenges, find joy and always learn!
