I love prepping these (or having my kids prep these) and popping them in the freezer for a nutrient dense snack to have on hand! A great recipe to double!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Combine oats, sunbutter, ground flax seed, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator 30 minutes.

  2. Remove dough from refrigerator; roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
