Confession time. - Emily
I let stress, international travel (aka bacterial tummy bug) and some less than desirable habits knock me down! After 10 years of being healed from chronic ulcers, one decided to pop up!
As I recognize the symptoms and gathered myself to begin healing, I was struck by how powerful it is to understand your body (especially when it’s being cranky) and feel confident that you can overcome health challenges without fear.
This is the main reason that I made my Gut and Foundations course several years ago. I really wanted people to understand what was going on in their body so that when things went a little sideways, they would feel confident about how to make small changes to get back on track! The course is a culmination of knowledge from nearly a decade of working with clients from all ages and walks of life, as well as my own experience of having chronic gut issues (that led to systemic health problems which nearly killed me in my mid 20s).
It’s designed as a masterclass that acts as a complementary tool to your one-on-one appointments with a nutrition practitioner, who will recommend the specific food and supplement and lifestyle behaviors YOU need to get better!
Here’s the healing!
